Deposit & Cancellation policy:
Deposit policy: 30% of the reservation upon confirmation, non refundable and remaining balance to be settled
up to 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellation policy: In case the reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival 50% of the remaining
reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
No Show policy: 100% of the reservation will be charged
Early Departure policy: 50% of the remaining stay will be charged
Damage Policy
Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Villa interior-outdoor areas and/or to any furnishings
and equipment therein by any act or omission of the guest, his/her invitees, subcontractors or guests.
