GENERAL INFORMATION
Above rates are valid per Villa per night.
Minimum stay of 2 nights is required to book the villas.
Should inclusive taxes change; the rates will be adjusted accordingly.
The villa reserves the right to promote / terminate any pricing or special offer without any notice.
Security Deposit of 1.500,00€ will be blocked/ if no damage/ loose happen, the security deposit is fully refundable within 10 days after check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY / WAY OF PAYMENT
Deposit: 50% of total amount of reservation upon confirmation and 50% and 50% 21 days before arrival.
Low Season: 14 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
Med & High Season: 21 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
Non Show or early departure: in case of Non Show or Early Departure, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
