Eight en-suite bedrooms sleep sixteen guests across roughly 840 m² of interiors, with Cycladic white walls softened by earth tones, bespoke furniture and organic linens.
The main level opens to a bright living room with sea views and a minimalist kitchen beneath a large skylight, plus a master suite with a generous dressing room, its own veranda and an adjoining gym. Terraces step down to a heated infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi, with shaded pergolas, daybeds and several dining and lounge areas built for long sunsets.
Set slightly apart near the sea, the eighth suite has a circular lounge and an outdoor fireplace — a private corner for a couple within a larger group. Town, port and the airport are each a short drive away, making Silver Breeze an easy base for families and friends who want views first and space to spread out.

Payment: Rates include 20% broker commission and are quoted per night for the whole villa (room only). 50% non-refundable deposit at booking; balance due 60 days before arrival (bookings within 60 days are paid in full). Security deposit €10.000, refundable after check-out if no damages apply.
Cancellation: The booking deposit is non-refundable; cancellations within 60 days of arrival or no-shows are charged 100%.
Stay: Check-in 15:00 / Check-out 11:00. Minimum stay 3–5 nights depending on season (see table). Greek Climate Resilience Fee €15 per day is not included and is payable on check-in.
