Set on the slope of Agios Lazaros overlooking Psarou bay, Villa Nafsithoi is a residence of around 1,100 m² for up to 20 guests, made for large groups and families. Around 1,550 m² of terraces, a long infinity pool and views across the bay to the open Aegean make outdoor living the heart of every stay.

Ten bedrooms are spread over three levels, linked by a Cycladic staircase and a lift. On the upper level, a 140 m² master area holds the main master bedroom and a second bedroom, both with king-size beds, en suite bathrooms and private balconies with panoramic sea views; the master bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower. The middle level has one bedroom with its own entrance and terrace, the ground level six bedrooms (five with sea views), and on the lower level a bedroom beside the pool has a window looking under the water.
Bright, minimal interiors
The open-plan living and dining areas are filled with natural light, with oversized sofas, a fireplace, contemporary artworks, handmade rugs, wooden ceiling beams and polished marble floors. The kitchen has a centre island and upscale appliances, and serves both the indoor dining table and the terraces. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a sound system, safe boxes in every bedroom and a laundry room with two washer-dryer sets are provided throughout.
Infinity pool, jacuzzi and summer kitchen
The infinity pool, long enough for lap swimming, sits at the centre of the marble terraces, next to a large heated jacuzzi with teak deck and a shaded pool bar. Above, pergola-covered dining tables and a fully equipped summer kitchen with BBQ are set up for long dinners at sunset, and the villa also has a gym, an outdoor sound system and parking for six cars.

House rules: non-smoking indoors, children welcome, pets on request, events by agreement (event fee applies); fireworks and flammable materials strictly forbidden.
