Payment: Rates include 20% broker commission and are quoted per night for the whole villa (room only). 50% of the total is due at booking; the balance is due 60 days before arrival. Security deposit €10.000 (refundable after check-out if no damages apply).
Cancellation: After the free-cancellation period, 50% of the total is charged; cancellations within 60 days of arrival are charged 100%.
Stay: Check-in 15:00 / Check-out 11:00. Minimum stay 3–5 nights depending on season (see table). Greek Climate Resilience Fee €15 per day is not included and is payable on check-in.
