Deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation cost is required upon confirmation, non refundable and the remaining balance to be settled up to 1 month prior to arrival.
No additional charge will be levied on cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, otherwise 50% of the remaining reservation cost shall apply to all late cancellations.
In case of Non Show or Early Departure the total reservation cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
