Payment Policy: Deposit of 50% of the total amount upon confirmation of booking. From then on deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Remaining balance is due till 3 working days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: 1.500 euros
Cancellation Policy
Low Season: 14 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
Medium Season: 21 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
High Season: 28 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
Non Show or Early Departure: in case of Non Show or Early Departure, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
