The villa has two levels. The first or upper floor has a beautiful, well-decorated and brightly lit sitting area with cozy large sofas and a fireplace. The first floor also has a large kitchen with modern equipment such as a ceramic hob oven, ensuring great family times. A large refrigerator and several storing cabinets add to the usability of the kitchen. Other rooms on the first floor include a guest bathroom.
The ground floor houses three cozy bedrooms. All the bedrooms open into a big veranda, which has a splendid view of the ocean. The veranda also has a beautiful swimming pool and attractive pool side furniture where you can sit on the outdoor lounge chairs and have a great time in the morning or afternoon sun. The swimming pool is beautifully lit by several lights in the late evening and nights.
A dining area with barbeque is also available in the veranda. The view from the veranda is magnificent. The villa is decorated with several brightly colored flower pots. The furnishings are modern yet comfortable. The villa receives lots of day light and is well-lit with several lamps and chandeliers during the night. All pieces of furniture in the house are snug and stylish. The bathrooms are practical and distinctively decorated with some unique furnishings.

In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in
100% charge of the stay.
Reservation confirmation:
A credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a
reservation and deposit of 30% based on the total amount of the
entire stay. The deposit is not refundable.
