We know Mykonos well. We take the time to get to know you, too.

Established in 1998, Mykonos Estates is a family business specialising in luxury villa rentals and property sales in Mykonos. Whether you're planning a summer escape or looking for a home of your own, we start by listening to what matters to you.

Our connection to the island began in 1978, when Konstantinos Palkogiannis made Mykonos his home. Today, he and his son, Evangelos Palkogiannis, bring together two generations of local knowledge and experience in real estate, hospitality and villa development. Personal attention, honest advice and discretion are at the heart of how we work.

A Place to Stay. A Place to Call Your Own.

Our collection of villas and private estates reflects what we love about island living: beautiful settings, thoughtful design and space to enjoy time together. From quiet mornings overlooking the Aegean to evenings with family and friends, we'll help you find the setting that suits you. Our personalised concierge services take care of the details, leaving you free to enjoy your stay.

If you're looking to buy property in Mykonos, we'll help you explore villas and land with your plans in mind. We work alongside lawyers and architects and bring our own construction expertise to support you, whether you're choosing an existing property or creating a home from the ground up.

Tell us what you have in mind. We'd be delighted to help you find your place in Mykonos.
