Villa Ammolite is a 150 m² single-level villa on Kounoupas Hill, part of a private estate of five luxury villas with sweeping views over the Aegean. Three en suite bedrooms for up to six guests, a private pool with jets and a garden of olive trees make it an elegant retreat for families and small groups.

Two master bedrooms with king-size beds open onto a private terrace with sea views, and a third bedroom has a double or twin beds. All three have en suite bathrooms. The open-plan living and sitting area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a centre island, and a guest WC adds convenience.
Pool, terraces and olive garden
Spend the day by the private pool with infinity views of the Aegean, then gather at the outdoor dining and lounge areas with BBQ under starlit skies. A private olive tree garden with flowering plants keeps the villa secluded from the rest of the estate, and the terraces face the sunset.
Estate facilities and services
Guests have access to the estate’s wellness and fitness centre, with an indoor sea-view gym, massage treatments, hammam and sauna, and to the residents-only on-site restaurant with sunset views. Daily housekeeping, 24/7 security, private parking, Wi-Fi, smart TV and air conditioning are included. Villa Ammolite has an identical twin, Villa Amethyst, ideal for two families travelling together.

Payment Policy
Deposit of 50% of the total amount upon confirmation of booking. From then on deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. Remaining balance is due till 3 working days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: 1.000 euros
Cancellation Policy
Low Season: 14 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
Medium Season: 21 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
High Season: 28 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fees, of the total cost of reservation will apply.
Non Show or Early Departure: in case of Non Show or Early Departure, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
