Security Deposit (Not included in the overall rental cost): .........................€5.000.............................
The security deposit will be paid before the arrival of the tenant/customer together with the second payment or in case of high season with one sole transfer and will be reimbursed, within three working days from the checkout, to the party that has effected this specific payment provided that the property has not suffered wear and tear beyond the ordinary and/or the property owner has not suffered any other loss. In this case the damages and/or excess wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit and the remaining amount will be refunded as above. In case of failure to effect any payment (rental or security) to the property administrator in full and on the property administrator may treat your booking as canceled by you.
In case of short notice rentals there will be only one transfer which will be done latest 24 hours from the signing of the booking contract. The grace period for the transfer to appear in the account of the property administrator will be 48 hours. Both rental fee and security deposit will be included in this sole transfer otherwise the said sole transfer will be considered as incomplete.
In case of non payment of all amounts in full as per contract, namely the rental fee and the security deposit, it will not be allowed neither to the tenant/customer to enter the property.
Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation between 59 to 30 days before arrival, 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation 29 days or less prior to arrival there will be no refund.
